Default Gvg Guild Question

As time has gone by i have grown increasingly interested in trying my hand at gvg.. only problem is i am one of the many folks that belong to a guild that really dosent gvg. I have looked into guilds and such in game and in threads found on this site.
The one thing i have noticed about good gvg guilds i have looked into.. is that they only want people that are rank 3 or above.. and i dont even think i have 1 fame yet. and the thought of runnin with a buncha pugs for 4 hours just to get yelled at and have droppers the whole way only to gain a small ammount of skill at gvg.. really dosent suit me..
So i was wondering if anyone can offer the name of a good gvg guild.. that is interested in picking up people that are new to gvg and teaching them the ways of gvg. so in short. I WANNA LEARN HOW TO KICK ASS!!!

Hey I'm in a guild called Wizards Anomyous. We accept anyone that's friendly and willing. Whisper me in-game and I'll send you an invite. We're not elitist rank hogs, so you won't feel like you need to prove yourself.

It's not as much about rank as whether they know you're good, if that makes sense. It's understandable that "good" GvG guilds won't want people completely new to PvP; and at least rank gives some half-decent indication about where you've been the past few months.
Mostly, if you have any GvG experience at all, that will almost always be taken into consideration before rank. Simply because good GvG guilds know rank doesn't mean much in GvG at all.

If you're starting out, join a training guild. I don't know if I'm allowed to advertise, but XoO or The Basin would probably give you a good initiation.
